If you feel that you would like a more focused workout in an individual or small group setting, we provide training on an appointment basis.

Speed, Agility and Conditioning

While mastery of the skills of your game is critical, it makes no difference how proficient you are if you cannot get your body to where the action needs to take place.

Often times coaches of team sports just do not have the time or equipment that is most beneficial to player gains in the speed, agility and conditioning areas. That is where we come in to give you a hand.

Soccer Technical Training

In a team sport like soccer, the team coach is often concerned with training the large group and does not have the time to provide individual instruction that is often required for technical improvement.

Biomechanical Analysis

Faults in your performance can be hinder your results. The MAP professionals can perform a biomechanical analysis of you performing your sport to identify areas that need improvement. We can analyze any sport, and can help to provide you with training to address your weaknesses.
