or small group setting, we provide training on an appointment basis.

to where the action needs to take place.
Often times coaches of team sports just do not have the time or
equipment that is most beneficial to player gains in the speed,
agility and conditioning areas. That is where we come in to give
you a hand.

Soccer Technical Training
In a team sport like soccer, the team coach is often concerned
with training the large group and does not have the time to provide
individual instruction that is often required for technical improvement.
Biomechanical Analysis
Faults in your performance can be hinder your results. The MAP
professionals can perform a biomechanical analysis of you performing
your sport to identify areas that need improvement. We can analyze
any sport, and can help to provide you with training to address
your weaknesses. We can come to your location to perform the analysis,
or we can analyze video files that you send to us via email. Contact
